During the war, Andy’s grandfather, fighting alongside Italian soldiers, discovered an extraordinary dough recipe. He learned how to knead the dough on stones heated in a fireplace a tradition that has become the foundation of K2 Pizza’s secret recipe today. Paired with a special sauce, also passed down through generations, these recipes are the heart and soul of every pizza we make.

At K2 Pizza, everything is made fresh and handcrafted: the dough, the sauces, the cheese (a special mix of shredded varieties), and even the chicken, which is cut and marinated in-house using a secret recipe.
